First, I will say that I do like the layout of the home, so good job on that factor. I also must report that I am getting that annoying tree as many others are and can't seem to get rid of it. With that said I went further into the script with TES5 edit to see if there were any dirty edits causing the tree issue. I did not find anything helpful but what I did find backs up many others suspicions of there being elements of "Breeze Home" within the scripts of the home itself. I will be deleting my copy of this until these factors have been addressed and hopefully you can fix the spouse/companion issue as well.
Finally got around to buying dragonborn the other day. This is my fave house mod for it so far, nice cozy little place in a snowy village and not a mannequin in sight.
The only thing I'd like added is a basement where I can put a coffin
Problem, similiar to "endless loading", while traveling back to Skyrim. Some say that LOD is to blame. Some say something quite different. One day we'll see.
As others have reported, I too am getting an invisible exterior just as others have described. Also, from time to time, there is this big ol' tree growing out of the right-hand front side of the home (right, as facing towards the door), just like Arkrainestorm791. The tree is a white blank pine tree, with no features. I've moved the mod around in the load order to see if that might fix the problem, it doesn't, sadly. Otherwise, this is a great mod! Cheers!
Ha ha, I have the same problem as NadiaFinn - interior works perfectly fine (and is really well done), but exterior just doesn't show up. I can see only the main door, bench and crates. Invisible house!

What about markers/scripts? Spouse/Kid friendly?
