I have a solution. We can endorse if there is a file to download, right? So, provide something like a commands.txt to download that has the exact same instructions as are on the description page. Then download that with another account and see if it then allows you to endorse. If so, then you can add that to the descriptions page. You can say something like, If you want to endorse this, nexusmods requires that you download something first. So I have provided a simple file with the same instructions as you see here. And thank you.

I don't understand .... my head is .... err . ... errr .... ertor error reorr .... reboot . . . . . Okay, why do you want a script or mod for a simple command line fix . . . ? I really don't understand this. You mean, you want the added resource consumption and potential conflicts/mistakes?!
It is a godsend to be able to simply use a command, especially since Bethesda had the good sense to link commandline changes to the savegame file so that if you load a save without the change, it's gone. That's not so with all of them though. The tcl toggle isn't linked to the savegame file, so it won't toggle collision back on until you retype it.
It worked! Thank you, consider it endorsed! I've been dealing with this bug for a while... I use aura whisper, but it mainly happens to me in the northwestern part of the map for some bethesda reason... I have no unofficial patch installed.
there's not a mod yet for this bug? i just hate it when this occured i need to googled it for fixing this! i do't even using aura whisper (some says this shout causing the bug). and this draugr eyes glow just occured randomly, mainly if i entered in a draugr invested area like wolfskull cave (this place in my game 100% will causing this bug). pls someone do something
