   This spell's a little over the top, but it goes well with my OP mod-using save. all my other saves, I probably won't use this with, but it is still a good mod. Keep up the good work!

   Yup, the first two numbers are the load order number of the mod.

    The console code for the spellbook may differ from what you wrote there, as I believe the first 2 numbers are dependant on your load order or something. Not entirely sure, but I'd encourage people to just use the help command and see for themselves.
