Just for guys having the problem of "Steady Hand" perk slowdown beeing almost 100% (even after installation of new version):

-remove earlier version of this mod
-install new version
-(if time still is slowing down to almost to frozen)remove "Steady Hand" perk via console command: "player.removeperk 00103ada" and "player.removeperk 00103adb"
-reapply perk levels via console command: "player.addperk 00103ada" and "player.addperk 00103adb"(only if you had both perk levels)
-check if your time slowdown is fine now.
-SAVE your game and have fun
