Well, I've unpacked the zip file and no read-me file inside, I installed the mod anyway then looked up Sond and found that the vender is a random encounter out in the wild? Going to open up the files and find the id number cause in my total playtime of nearly 200 hours into Skyrim, not once have I met this vender.
Item ID is xx005F40, where "xx" is loading order of add-on starting from "02". Check Data files in Launcher menu; for example if it's listed third, "xx" in ID will be "04".
