   enter dragon reach, go up the stairs on the right hand side past the wizard bit as if your heading to the great balcony or whatever its called. turn round and on the left hand side go through the doorway onto the nd floor bit that over looks the dining tables. It will be sitting beside one of the benches. DO NOT PUT ON THE RING ITS FUCKED UP MY GAME

   i choose stormcloaks and the chest isnt in dragonsreach, maybe cause the new jarl is there?

   Found it. The Dagger to pierce the heavens causes clipping issues. The invisible ring causes my characters body, armour and weapons to disappear and this stays like this even after the ring is removed.
