I can't seem to find the mask in the Skyforge, didk if its my fault or what, but if u could tell me the id for the item what'd be great so i can check if the mod downloaded succesfuly, thanks!
I don't do conversions usually, what I do are models, I haven't really created any late models for skyrim or any other games, and have rather keep them for marketing purposes of other means, but of course I could do them, only catch is that I need a team that is willing to work with me, I can sculpt the models for you guys, but you guys will have to (privately and at our own judgement) with the raw materials. i.e. original material that needs to be modified, while I have the creativity and the time right now, I lack the ability to do animations, for something sophisticated as something like a moving helmet that shoots gas as you breath that is lore friendly we would need the experience of someone in the animations department, I am willing to participate as long as there is someone to lead.
I love the idea and this mod, but I have one suggestion: Could you make it not take up the Amulet slot? It doesn't look like it should be preventing characters from wearing a necklace. I checked the other mask mods I have installed and most of them seem to use either the Circlet or the Body AddOn 3 slot, which sounds like a good start. There's a tutorial which explains how to change the body part data: http://forums.nexusmods.com/index.php?/topic/576983-tutorial-assign-meshes-to-new-body-parts/ - I tried it for myself and it worked.
Also, I understand you might not be the right person to ask as you didn't make the original mesh, but would it be possible for you to make a version without the head strap? It clips through my character's hair in a weird way.
I decided to set it as amulet because I'm using it with other mods that use the circlet and body slot, however i've just removed the head strap, unzip the update and overwrite the older files ( you can use only one version of the mask)

This is so going on my Multi-universe-crossing courier character who get's stuck in Skyrim.
