I just acquired the Skull of Corruption on my current character and noticed it caused basically the same problem as vanilla Night Eye so I made a small update to fix it.
This doesn't remove sunglare, it removes eye adapt, blur bloom, hdr. The one sounded like it only lowered some of these settings. I don't think it removes blur from shouts though.
I now use this Mod to Remove the Blur Effect http://www.nexusmods.com/skyrim/mods/12316/? but for some reason theres this blinding yellow light, especially when using Nighteye.
When i Delete that Mod and just use your Mod, everything is Pitch Black
That's because Night Eye doesn't work when you remove Bloom/HDR etc. My mod fixes that if that mod overwrites my fix it's back to not working. Loading Skyrim SDR after that mod might work.
Thanks for updating this! I lost interest in Skyrim, and didn't bother to follow the DLCs until now. I started playing again a couple of weeks back, and it was cool to find the DLCs already supported.
I didn't even realize who wrote the comment when I first read it. Thank you for making the mod in the first place! I'm really glad people find my update useful since I just made it for myself out of necessity.
I will upload a new version later today. I'm playing as a vampire right now and got annoyed by Night Eye's delay, lack of a transition and silly sound. The update will remove the delay, the sound (eyes usually don't sizzle) and add a transition. The only reason I'm not uploading right now is because I wanna make sure I'll stick with the transition I've chosen before I commit.
Edit: New version uploaded. Probably the final version, I think Night Eye looks great now.
Wow...i've wanted something like this forever! the effect is so annoying...and omg, since installing this i have less stutter when using spells and looking up and down! No longer do i get that annoying light transition lag delay which causes it to stutter. Hmm, this needs to be rated higher up...endorsed! Thank you so much!
