    Update 1.1: Added an edit to the original Amulet of Talos' enchantment. The value is the same, this edit is simply for compatibility purposes for other mods that also edit the Amulet of Talos' enchantment. Simply place the mod you want to take precedence later in your load order. The reason for this is because a shout overhaul mod I use (and love) recently changed the Amulet of Talos to remove shout cooldown completely. I didn't want to uninstall either mod, so instead I made an edit to the Amulet of Talos' enchantment in my mod to override it (done by first changing the shout cooldown reduction to something arbitrary, then changing it back to vanilla to "trick" the CK into saving it into my mod).

    CAUTION: This edit will show as an ITM in TES5Edit. Do NOT clean it out; it is a purposeful ITM for the above-stated reason.

    Awesome mod. Now I feel like Neo, from Matrix )))
    I think i got a li'l bug. In "Active Effects" list Master Amulet Effect shown as 20%, but in fact it works as planned at 70%.

      Yeah, I was never able to figure that one out, and I've moved away from Skyrim quite a while ago, don't even have it installed anymore. As for your request to host your translation of the mod, go ahead, I don't mind.

    will this work with the unofficial patches? because when I installed the unofficial patches and used playerenchantobject to get a helm with fortify shouts enchantment it only went up to 20% , it had gone up to 100% without them. any ideas?

    That fixed it. The quest with Greta and Roggvir's amulet needed to be completed before the shout amulets could be crafted.

    Thank you, happily endorsed!

    Now, excuse me why I have a shouting match with an ancient dragon. ;}

    Okay, I believe I found the issue. Did you take the Amulet of Talos from Roggvir, the guy who gets beheaded when you first enter Solitude? That causes any Amulets of Talos you obtain to be marked as quest items (thus preventing the game from identifying it as one of the necessary components), as the one on Roggvir is meant to be given to his sister, Greta in a quest. The same issue happens if you take the amulet from Roggvir's grave. The only way to fix this is to find Greta in Solitude and give her the amulet you got from Roggvir's corpse/grave.

    @jsnider: Thanks for the endorsement.
    @Paltiel: That is weird, I'll have to do some testing. I know there's actually a few versions of the Amulet of Talos in the game world, two I believe are quest items, and then there's a radiant quest in Solitude where you have to get the Amulet of Talos from the grave of that guy who gets beheaded, that may also cause some issues.
