I appreciate your effort on this. While it may not 'look like the original' it's a good first time mod. And I'm glad to have her on board because she's a favorite from Dragon's Age for me too. I do not know if you intend to keep working on her at this point, but in suggestion to the unique bard song, it would be rocking if it was close, or a copy of the song she sings in camp!
I'm getting the dark head bug too, even with the latest version and the dark head fix, seems there's something odd going on... Will try exporting the facegen data with the CK and see if that fixes it, I'll edit this with the results.
Exporting the facegen data with the CK worked like a charm. So anyone who's having the issue and the fix isn't working, I'd suggest that and see if it works for you.
hm thats wierd.I was pretty sure i made her better for light armor. The"darker face" bug is also wierd normaly you go in creation kit you mark her and press control+F4, i did that.
I will edit her later chaning armor to light (fits leliana better) amd let her start naked.

done, now she is stronger with light armor and she is naked from the start. I didnt encounter any dark face bugs.
Using UFO, works fine, but checking her out, says she's 100 in Heavy Armor & 15 in Light, so if you plan on starting her out in Leather, you may want to switch those or put her in iron armor instead for basic starting, or you could just start her in nothing at all, let folks outfit her as they see fit.
Also the Head mesh does not match the body mesh, meaning head is darker, while the skin is lighter. Only reason I noticed that, when I stripped her down to nothing, to see if any mesh problems in the first place
