Just a little correction. That is not portuguese, that is brazilian. It is not the same, I assure you, it is the same as saying british is north american english and Spain's spanish is mexican spanish which clearly is not.
Funny you should bring that up. And this is just some information for those seeking to "learn something" about world history, so carry on if you are not interested. Brazil was a Portuguese colony, and indeed actually had a Portuguese King after he was booted out of Europe. Funny thing, after a while Portugal actually tried to reimport the monarch "Dom" once the rebelion collapsed, and he refused selecting instead to remain in Brazil abdicating upon death and ushering in the countries conversion from a monarchy to a democracy. If you open the wiki page you can actually see that Brazil's official language is indeed Portuguese. Brazilian is a dialect of Portuguese not its own personal language.
im brazilian and agree with jcdenton2012, we just use a dialect portuguese-brazilian, we dnt have brazilian language at all, that dnt exist, talk with any linguist about that and you will seen, and stop saying to ppl use fnis 2.0 or 2.5 that dnt exist anymore and new mods will not work at all with old fnis.
