   Why would Bill Gates want to scratch out Jobs' eyes?
   I mean, sure, Jobs smeared Gates' name to hell and back, but Gates can still lean back with the übersmug satisfaction that he - personally - saved the entirety of Apple's ass from bankruptcy AND went on to be the philanthropist of the two.
