feature creep? if you are so desperate for few gold use player.additem 0000000f
what you are branding a "patch" is akin to walking to a store, buying 100£ worth of stuff, paying for it, then proceeding to take the money back form the cash register.
If you are so desperate to not steal your money back or have an ally tutor you for free, why not just refrain from engaging in that behavior rather than support a modality that prevents others from enjoying this option who do think it is realistic. It seems a lot simpler and fairer to me to just have the freedom to role play your way than prevent other people from playing their way and making them enter special commands to compensate.
I too want this specifically for the Dragonborn Conjuration trainer ally. But, it didn't work for him. It seems perfectly lore compliant to me to have aided an ally and then bring him into your service as a tutor. Its baffling to me why there are those who would think you need to prevent that from happening.
Thank you for making this! I know it's unlikely but would love to see you bring this to bethesda.net for console. Read and respect the "note" that you posted.
Actually I goofed adding that note to this mod in the first place. I didn't make it; it's just a vanilla Bethesda script to overwrite the change from the Unofficial Patch. I won't use BethNet or Steam myself but anyone else can upload this wherever.
I just installed this with the newest version of the unofficial patch for special edition and it works like a charm! I would like to know which scripts it's modifying though in CK so I can check to see if there were any differences between the regular version and this. I tried finding the scripts that the unofficial patch added but I gave up looking :/
It's not in the CK, it'll be text files located at data\scripts\source and the originals are probably zipped up in an archive. Download the mod manually and look in the source folder to see what the file names are.

I disagree. It's more akin to doing a favor for someone so significant that they then consider you their ally. They're now willing to support you in any cause you may be pursuing (a fight, for example). In their support of you and your cause, they are willing to share their knowledge of a teachable skill with you. To keep up appearances, they still have to collect money from you for their generally paid-for training, but they freely look the other way when you take that money back.
Also, nothing tangible is "taken", so the store analogy falls flat.
I'm a bit disappointed that USKP 'fixes' things that are funny to do. Who cares about balancing in a singleplayer game anyway? You choose your way of accomplishing something. I call BOOOO!

I have a mod that requires USKP to even load up my game (no other editions) and this version doesn't work for this.
Please help D:
There's a tutorial somewhere around here about how to fix old mods that require the old USKP so they'll use the newer legendary version instead.
Probably works, but I would just do it officially for everyone else, and checking that it works.
Enjoy your cheekiness! ;)

Thank you to the mod maker of this fix/patch!
I wish there were "unfixes" for all the unwanted exploit fixes that should never had been "fixed" in the first place

My first post is a rant! Nice.
