Everytime I open the magic menu it crashes. Let me make it clear every time I use your mod and open the magic menu it crashes, I also do your instructions to the letter I do is type "bat tuc" in the console and I wait until everything is done loading itself but when ever I try to open the Magic menu it won't work.
For anyone having issues activating this or any other batch file. It may seem a bit obvious for those who have experience, but sometimes directions can be a bit vague for those who don't have much experience with batch files. With that in mind, here's exactly what you need to do step by step, assuming you haven't already successfully activated batch files before.
(Copy-pasted and edited from original post, if you catch something I missed like mentioning the wrong batch name, that's why. You should still be able to follow the steps I list just fine, just note the batch file name and what it does.)
STEP 0. Make sure that you put the batch fle in your Skyrim directory, not the Data folder where other mods go. (You should be able to see the Data folder and TESV.exe in the same location that you put tuc.txt)
Step 1. Load your save. (Ensure you are not in a "cut scene" such as riding to helgen at the beginning, in the middle of a conversation, accepting a quest, in the menu screen, or generally anything other than standing there with nothing happening. - I'm not sure this matters, but best if you are free of anything that could interfere with all the things you are adding)
Step 2. Open your console menu by pressing ~ (Everything should pause, a semi-transeparent area should be visible along the bottom of your screen, and when you type you should see what you typed on the bottom-left)
Step 3. With the console now activated, type "bat tuc" without the quotes. (it's worth noting that it can be upper-case or lower-case, the console doesn't know the difference. You could type "BaT tUc" and it would work)
Result - You should see a block of text showing everything you unlocked. If it says something like "compiled script not found" or something to that effect, you either typed it wrong or there is something preventing it from working.
Troubleshooting - If you put everyperk.txt in it's proper location in the Skyrim directory and followed all the steps above and it still isn't working, there may be a chance that your download is corrupted or something of that nature. Check the tuc.txt. file. First, it should be a .txt file. Try to open it. It should have a long block of text going down with "player.teachword 13E22 ;" or something similar repeated with minor differences to each. (I dont have time to double check to see exactly what the code list is, and sometimes the uploader will add a line to the end of each line like "FUS = Force / Unrelenting Force" to let you know what each line of code does, and sometimes they don't, but it doesn't make a difference, as long as it's done correctly, and in this case the batch file has been confirmed to work by myself and others) Another think to check is if you have any other batch files that interfere with it, such as other batch files with the same name, or batch files you have activated that may conflict with the effects of the one you are currently trying to activate. If you are using a gaming keyboard, ensure that any key functions you have customized isn't interfereing with your ability to type and return, or that you haven't disabled a key by accedent.
That's all I can think of on the subject, I hope that helped anyone who is having a problem with this or any other batch files.
