this mod is simple as it gets... so it must be a simple thing to fix - copy all files into data folder (overwrite if necessary) - activate the .esp with the skyrim launcher or modmanager you have - its not just a retextured ironsword, the wooden sword has its own material-class so you have to go to the blacksmith and craft it from two firewoods
if you did all this, look if it conflicts with other weapon mods... (it schould not but who knows)
