   Wow I hope English isn't your first language. This follower doesn't make sense as is unfortunately, due to point made below. But nice effort.

   Hm,I guess the author don't know or don't want to add a thu'umer follower..would be nice though for a reply of him,whatever.

   We don't see alot of thu'umers, so I don't think it would be easy to add a shouter follower. The only follower that shouts who I saw was Ulfric Stormcloak companionship mod but he's so bugged up and not fully voiced for it. If you or someone uploaded a video of him shouting then I'd say you just took Skyrim to the next level: Thu'um wars

   My Question is if he is under the Greybeards faction wouldn't he stop following and/or be hostile if you kill the dragon for the Blades?

   Here's something you don't see everyday,a Greybard as a follower,though yeah,if he could shout would be nice.
   Also you have an unnecessary tga file in you upload..

   @muradw2: I am hoping he does shout, actually, that's so easy to add to a follower in CK.
