I'm not a mod expert. I do not know how to make a follower or a character @ level 1. I will add some pics from my Race Menu settings, that you can reproduce the character.
I'd love to try this character save but cannot make it happen as I can't reproduce the required mods needed to activate the save. Some i will not install such as Climates of Tamriel, Fantasy Music Overhaul is no longer available, Hothtrooper 44_Armor Compilation is frozen by it's creator. So unfortunately I will have to miss out (BOO HOO). Here is the mods that you really need.

Hope this helps those who are prepared to install whatever it takes to get this up and running. There should be a compulsory requirement that a complete MOD inventory be provided with every SAVE.Regards and Thanks Bassa (Bigfoot 2).
got it to load but she has no hair and face is very shiny, fixed hair just changed it in race menu,but face is still weird, also ctd after a couple of minutes
I got it to show in the "LOAD" menu by renaming the file extension to .ess. Game still wouldn't load, got this vile is version 0 should be version 9 error. Pretty lady though. I did notice the file size seemed very small. I just tried again and now it looks like the right file size. I'll try again. Ok now it worked fine.

Inside are now .ess and .skse files
should work.
