Sounds like a good mod. After all, legendary artefacts SHOULD be more powerful than simpler weapons. Just one thing; I've heard that some artefacts cannot be improved at a grindstone, thus making normal daedric weaponry potentially deadlier. If it's true, it would be a good idea to make legendary weapons upgradable. Also, I think more people would download your mod if you wrote how much exactly you improved the weapons (before / after).

Artefacts should be objects that you enjoy finding.
But it seems they are just as good as to make gold.
If its not allready true, it would be good to get artifacts as powerful as better versions of tempered normal counterparts.
Keep up the good work.
