For some reason, this mod seems to affect the A Blade in the Dark quest. Everytime I would leave the Riverwood inn with Delphine, bam, CTD. The moment I removed the mod, no CTD. I've checked the load order and everything, not sure what's going on there, but thought I would bring it to your attention.
The Fomod folder is what contains the description displayed by NMM when you select the mod in the mods tab and allows NMM to link back to the file.
It seems that the file structure NMM assumes was changed since the last upload. Since it's only one file it's dropping the Data Folder into the Skyrim/Data Folder. Since it's only one file I didn't include the .xml to put it into the Data folder since it wasn't necessary.
I don't know if this has been an issue with others, but using NMM it wouldn't show in game. However I unzipped the file and found two files, a fomod and a data file. I archived the data file and added it to Skyrim through NMM and now it works fine. What is the fomod file for, isn't that for Fallout Mod manager?
Now with it working it is great, added with the Stairs mod my home is complete.
It should be great with my Frostfall and Wet & Cold mods.
Urgh. I thought I'd changed that stupid .xml file. I'll fix it and reupload it.
I didn't even think about Frostfall. I was just annoyed by the force of the water trying to sweep me down towards the falls, but I'm glad I was able to help. Just goes to show how interconnected mods can be, even when it's unintended.
Build your own home is a separate mod by Super Nasty Pants. But it's just a little west of Darkwater Crossing. Follow the road back toward Whiterun. It's off near a waterfall just above the Abandoned Prison. Lucky's Shack is what the Build Your Own Home mod was based on, so that's where it is.

1.2 uses the correct file structure now.

Happily endorsed.

I appreciate the update. By the way, this is still reporting in NMM as version 1.0.
If you use this mod with Frostfall, you do not end up wet and freezing everything you go home. Which is groovy.
