It is an excellent file, it seems that you could add it to a keymap for KB/Mouse sort of extend an existing one, but if you're willing to put in the set up time you could use joy to key for mapping, i think this is great, saves the time of mapping it yourself on a per program basis.
Some of the buttons are a little wonky. But for the most part it really helps. Would be a good addition to have like a ingame menu that shows the controls and lets you customize them.
if you could add this to steam that would be great because it looks like a cool mod but my nexus dose not work correctly. unless this is a complete inconvenience to you i would appreciate this on steam.
I've set up my own really that works fine for me personally:
* Removed the Favorites Menu from the D-Up and D-Down, those are now hotkeys 3 & 4. * Added hotkeys 5-8 to the D-Pad using LB and pressing a direction. * Remapped the Favorites Menu to LB+Back. * Removed the D-Up and D-Down functions from the Favorites Menu, Analog actually does the same thing so this isn't needed for navigating and frees them up to assign hotkeys to.
Personally I never actually use or need the Quick Save/Load options, you can easily do the same function by pressing Start and choosing Save/Load from the menu there. If need be I could easily remap it later for myself. For those who need to transition between your inventory/magic there's a little thing I discovered.
Not sure if it's recently added with SkyUI V3+ but pressing the Back button when in your inventory or magic menu will transition between the two. Will make fights a lot easier if you need to equip a spell and use a potion at the same time without leaving the menu and making yourself vulnerable.
