Did you remember the headbake assets in the meshes and texture folders? Does anything else alter the couriers? Assuming it's just the new module's fault is not good mod conflict diagnosis.
the issue causing grey face is that 2 of the couriers have hair in the facegen nifs but it's not assigned in the esp. so open the nif and see what hair they should have (i think the imperial guy is malenordhair7 or the like), then add that entry in the headpart HDP part of the esp.
or you could try just regenerating the facegen in CK

this mod seems to conflict with Provincial Courier Service. whenever i entered the courier's house, it's always empty. but when i uninstalled this, the courier is back at his house. great mod tho, too bad can't be used with Provincial Courier Service...
I just thought I'd say I love this mod. This is one of those little immersive mods that makes all the difference. I hope to see it on SSE at some point. I know SKSE is not out yet(I'm never sure which mods require it and which don't), but it'll be awesome if this mod does surface on SSE at some point(even if it is awhile from now)!!
acording to this two coments that can be found some place down there in this comment section yes, but i dont use Provincial courier service cause i use holds , i thinks there is a house just over the courier house

Judging from the TES5Edit it only need fix in two records and to add Lilly Courier into Cell Block 5 -> Sub-Block1 -> Persistent
