This mod is pretty good, but also pretty bad. The perks are decent and add interesting stuff without over-doing it like the other mods, however the cloaks need a fix asap because they damage everyone within radius and the random spell effect casts while doing anything when in combat, from running to attacking with a mace. It might be mod conflict, but its unlikely, since i dont run any other mods that modify spells.
This looks to be an amazing mod, and I have tried it out, however, I must say that I am disapointed. Whenever I have this mod installed and loaded, the minute I cast a cloak spell such as Lightning Cloak, which is automatically cast when I cast another lightning spell (due to another spell mod) everyone nearby becomes hostile. I had another mod which enabled it so that spells didn't cause my followers to become hostile to me, making them immune to the spells.. but do not remember which mod it was to try and loading it last. Have so far tried rearranging the mod order of other mods and still the same issue occured.
The Elemental Barrage perk has killed me a few thousand times by fireballing a guard when Im trying to transmute ore or something. Can you make it proc off of destruction spells only?
