@sukeban Sound like a good idea for an addition. Someone else suggested I attempt a small quest to get these books instead of having them lying around so if I do something along those lines, I could add scroll forms of these spells.
@HenshinDaisuke I thought this too. However when I couldn't find exactly what I wanted I created my own system based on how I wanted it to work. I could consider making another version of the mod which adds spells for big locations such as player/guild houses.
I could swear there was a mod like this before, where a chest was set in front of the stones near riverwood with scrolls that teach you the teleport spells for each city and a few for the other smaller towns. It seems to have vanished from the site but I know it used to be around. I think it even had some spells to take you to the different guild houses.
Hey, this looks cool! Any chance to make this these spells available in scroll form for horseless warriors or thieves? That would definitely round it out and make it like Morrowind (love those scrolls ). In any event, awesome idea!

I've been looking all over for a spell I can use to travel between the Soul Cairn and Skyrim....
