We are currently still working on a big update for Tame Beasts, which will come with a lot of new features and improvements and will be released soon.
ok i came around something that might solve this. please try those exactly as i say you.
1- open console and type: stopquest tamebeastnamequest
2- save then exit
3- remove the tame beasts from the list.
4- enter again and load last saved
5- just save and exit
5.1- download 2.4.3 if you did not yet and install it
6- enable again tame beasts
7- open and load last saved
8- open console and write: startquest tamebeastnamequest
9- quicsave, and reload that save
10- it should say that it added for you 3 spells.
11- use the config spell and give refresh a shot.
12- on an empty modded game it should take less than a second
PS: please stop asking where the petshop is, here it is:
the petstore near is the whiterun stables. put the stable house on your left, then walk a bit then turn right. walk a bit longer and you will see a house far from the road at your right. this is the pet store
The mod itself holds promise but I was really set on having death hounds. So I am disappointed.
And actually it IS possible to tame death hounds and gargoyles, we released an add-on for DLC creatures.
If you downloaded Tame the Beasts of Skyrim II, then please post your questions to the new released mod.
i LOVE this mod with the Convenient Horses mod, it has made being a hunter much easier!
the only thing i would suggest is possibly finding a way to make non-hostile pets (ex. foxes, deer) not run away from battle. it was a bit of a disappointment to find out my fox and my deer would run away rather then fight like my saber cat. a fox that can fight would help in small dungeons (my saber cat keeps getting stuck or ends up making me suck to the wall).
the only bug i have noticed so far is that when i try talk to my pet (ex. feeding, sending home, following) that it wont work and i cant select anything. i have to re-summon the pet to make it work again for a short time.
anyway i love and recommended this mod to anyone!
