Haha. I went through a few phases of skin textures. Iirc, the ones you see in this mod (which I haven't used in years) is Pretty Face by tktk. MIGHT be remembering the wrong name, but I'm pretty certain that's the one.
For some reason this mod is now causing a CTD for me. I'm running it through MO, so I'm sure it's this mod alone, and I have the Apachii hairs downloaded. Ah well, it was a good mod.
Not sure where that came from, but it's something I've thought about for a long time. It'd be pretty cool if I could come up with a simple way to change NPC character hair ingame.

Not sure. I used to use UFO myself until a couple weeks ago where I switched to AFT. Might I ask if you've placed this mod below UFO in your load order?
Well, I'll most likely get a chance to hunt down the rest of the followers once Christmas/New Years are done with, so I could get to trying to mess around with some sort of equippable hair at that point as well.
