***Gold Root plants are more common around Whiterun & Windhelm exterior locations

*** Added Narcotics: chests, barrels, items, raw materials, ingredients and packages in over 54 Interior & Exterior Places.

*** Added a Skooma Chest with Level-listed Powder Skooma end products (Level 5 -10+)

*** Adapted Price of Gold Root & Moon Sugar according to their ingredient requirements

*** Hand-crafted the Price structure for the Skooma Powder Tier according to their ingredients + a little on-top for the finished drug

*** dded either: essence block/barrels, skooma chests/barrels/drugs/blocks, Gold Root Plants or Gold Root Ingredients to Some interiors (Caves/Buidlings etc) and Some Exterior Areas (Outside) so far.

*** I am making it a viable choice between crafting Gold Root or finding Gold Root Ingredients or plants to make the skooma narcotics.

*** Added An offshoot of Skooma manufacturing going into the Powdered Skooma Trade. (Powdered Skooma end products will be more based upon power, strength and endurance where as liquid skooma is more of a broad spectrum of power & magic)

*** Population of Gold Root Plants around skyrim (Some areas might have a bundle of 3 plants on a rockface meanwhile others may have 0 plants for hundreds of metres (think WoW Herbalism))

*** Hand-filled Skooma Loot Chests hidden around Skyrim (Chests are more likely to be either half-buried, deeply submerged in the water/ocean/lake and hidden in Caves)

*** Level-Listed Loot filled Skooma Barrels hidden around Skyrim (Barrels are more likely in water and on lodged in water-rapid rocks)

*** Level-Listed Loot filled Essence Barrels hidden around Skyrim (Barrels are more likely in water and on lodged in water-rapid rocks)

*** Level-Listed Loot filled Ingredient Chests placed poorly hidden around Skyrim (Nearly Everywhere)
