Version 1.4
RENAMING MOD to "Lakeview Manor Extended"
added an installer (fomod) - you can now select options during the installation of this mod with NMM
fixed the glitch, where the player was able to simply take the contents from the merchants container
fixed an issue, where Selfur was not visible during his nightshift, when only the (small) house was built
improved navmesh in the workers sleep place interior and also at the marketstand
changed the voice of the dragon, he speaks now, but only the default dragon stuff. - It's now possible to ride the dragon if you use the "bend will" shout (DLC "Dragonborn" needed)

removed the Thiefs/Bandits again (from the mainfile) and rather offer them as an optional file, until I figured out, how to let the user en/disable them ingame
modified the DragonGuard's Sandbox and added some new perchmarkers. the dragon will now sit on different spots, this makes him look more "alive"
dragon does not perch on the building any more
changed the behaviour of Personal Guard Selfur. There was a mistake in his AI Package, which made him too aggressive sometimes (attacking own horse, chicken, etc.)
Selfur also has a new Sleepplace, He now sleeps where the other guards sleep.
changed the lighting at the workers sleepplace a little bit, also fixed the issue where the bread spawned under the table.

re-enabled original chest, where the steward puts your bought stuff in. the additional chest (respawnable) is now under the workbench
added some bandits. they respawn. It shouldn't happen to often...
found some additional trees to remove, removed them!
