@Koniving -- While sunhawken included the facegen meshes, it looks like he (she?) left out the texture data. I had the same "white face" problem as you, but it was fixed by opening CerwidenVieraAppearancePatch.esp in the Creation Kit, finding Cerwiden's entry in the Object Window (under Actors > Actor, with the Editor ID _kcfCerwiden), highlighting it, and hitting Ctrl + F4 to "export face gen data for all selected NPCs." That will create the file textures\actors\character\facegendata\facetint\CerwidenCompanion.esp\0001984A.dds, with the proper tint/color information. That fixed it for me, save for a very slight, hairline gap between her neck and her body.
Not too bad. My issue was that Cerwiden had a pure white face while the rest of her was tanned Viera style. Even with a new game.
Her hair was blondish, and thus her ears were pure white.
Wasn't a fan of the hardened viera retexture, though.
Even with the lack of pigment on the face, she actually looked better than the images you have here. Also, any chance for a Rava Viera hair color? They are the darker Viera with brownish hair.
