Interesting mod, what about the compatibility with BodySlide and HDT conversions ?

Thumbs up for this request/suggestion. This has been one of my favorite armors since it was made for Oblivion.

The arms are invisible while using UNP body in first person.

    NVM! I found the fix.

Skirted versions included, there was a bug on one of the skirted versions that has been resolved in the latest release.

    just a heads up

the standard (non BK) skirt lite cuirass (for both light and heavy versions) comes without a skirt (its the no-skirt lite cuirass) - i assume this is for the CBBE as well as the UNP since they should share the esp

the (WT) cuirassSkirtB.nif is correct, but in the .esp ArmorEisenCuirassWTSkirtLite and ArmorEisenCuirassWTSkirtLiteLight both incorrectly reference EisenCuirassWTAALite. if you change them to load EisenCuirassSkirtWTAALite which in turn points to the correct nif and you get the correct armor to appear in-game

Thank you for pointing this out.

I should have fixed this a long time ago.

I have uploaded V2.4 of the mod that makes the necessary changes in the ESP to point to the correct model.

Thanks for such a detailed explanation of what was wrong was an easy fix due to the instructions.

This would be so perfect if there was a pants version. Tracking in case.

Does this REPLACE the original armor? I assume it does since it requires the original mod, but want to verify. Would love to have both a heavy and light version available...

v2.x of the armour does not, its fully standalone and does not require anything else to be installed. Furthermore both versions of both colours are available for use

Can you add a third version that has this http://www.nexusmods.com/skyrim/mods/12534/? texture by chance? thanks in advance.

Sorry for the late reply. I just noticed your message. if you use the texture replacer it should work since the texture packs are in their original location.

There doesn't seem to be a first person texture for the armors. Invisi-arms!

I tested with stock armors and the arms are there.

I'm not using any mods outside of UNP's HD version as far as body stuff goes.

which set were you using, black or steel? Just curious. I could have missed something.

I've noticed that the reload animations for crossbows on the unp version seems to be missing the forearm, I'm trying to do some additional testing as to why.

I tried almost all of the armors. I think I didn't try the lite version.

I just tested the textures on my side and they are all applied.

I just uploaded a new NMM compatible version of this mod. Try installing that and see if it resolves your issue.

I tried the latest upload and I still didn't get arms.

I also tried to upload an image of what it looks like in 3rd person with no boots or gloves on. Looks like maybe the UNP version is still calling the CBBE version for meshes after the install?

That is so weird, here is a thought

try putting my mod last in your load order, see if that resolves the issue? If not, please post exactly what your load order is so that I could have a look and potentially spot out the issue.

The issue is that the mod comes with a different mesh for first person, and it lacks the missing part. to fix this you simply need to copy the third person mesh, and rename it to the first person mesh. problem solved.

So does this require UNP or CBBE body mods to work, or can you use it on vanilla models?

It's designed for UNP and CBBE. I have not tested on vanilla nor would I recommend using vanilla.

For now, those HQ textures are already included.
