This mod adds a new perk to the Speech tree called Rapport. It requires 30 skill and is placed alongside Allure.
Allure is the perk which gives 10% better prices with the opposite sex. Rapport does the opposite and provides 10% better prices when trading with the same sex instead.
NOTE - You can potentially choose both Allure and Rapport... This is not what I desired - I only wanted to be able to choose one and not the other. But trying to exclude a perk after choosing another seems to break the perk tree and game, so I have had to settle for how it is currently.
