Ok, this mod works IF you start a new game. On old games, since Delphine is already placed in the world, its not possible. My guess is that this mod edits the base id's traits (I had a quick look in creation kit) and thats different to delphine's ref id (which would already be created from the default traits if the mod isnt loaded at the start?)
EDIT: Same goes for any mod that changes the traits of say for example, lydia, to feminine ones. If you havent become thane of whiterun, you can install that mod and it will work. if you already have become a thane of whiterun and have lydia assigned to you - then nope won't work.

Does it work for somebody? It didn't work for me (even after I deactivated all my mods except this one) Maybe it's her deep involvement into the main quest or something
she still walks like a bro... must she not be in the "scene" when the mod is loaded, i.e must i load the plugin and load a save that she is not in the same cell?
