Very cool idea, sounds absolutely fascinating, but-- pictures! Why the lack of screenshots? Please give us a taste of what it looks like before we download if possible? Besides, showing off the awesomeness of your mod is just good advertising sense.

I notice that you need to have the Hellion Arrows mod and Advanced Mannequins to fully use this one: are they hard requirements, without which this mod will break/be unusable and cause crashes? It would be nice if you could please list your dependencies here under the 'Required files', so people can check them for potential conflicts with their already installed mods: Or a better way might be to list them clearly in an eye catching manner near the beginning of your description. I'd say this would save you a lot of time and grief incurred because lots of people don't actually read all the way through to the end before downloading and installing, and then come screaming back to the mod author when things go wrong.

Comment on the features: It sounds very nice and absolutely perfect for the Dovahkiin who has houses and houses of spare oddments and junk of all sorts, if getting into sheer overkill territory (then again, there's no such thing as overkill. There is only enough kill and too little kill). Though-- if you need a map and a horse and teleporting arrows to travel between rooms, that's not a house; it's a complex. You make me envision the Sanctuary, sight unseen, to be a complex like the Forbidden City. Or Google HQ.

Now please don't be offended by what I'm about to say-- absolutely no offense is meant by this, but I do have a major design question. If you have Fast Travel between rooms, why require the use of teleporting arrows to travel to the highest places in the house? It's an interesting way to get around, but not a very practical or efficient one, IMHO... The idea that I need to carry a bow and quiver of arrows at all times with me, just to get to anywhere in my own house as I feel like it is rather awkward, to say the least.

I'm curious as to your reasoning behind picking this way to get around, because offhand I can think of some non-immersion breaking and lore-friendly methods that would allow teleportation/fast travel to occur; TES: Morrowind had propylon chambers and teleporting amulets, Oblivion had Frostcrag Spire. Enemy bosses in Skyrim like Sigdis Gauldurson can teleport (even if your character can't, alas!). Now propylon chambers are probably impossible, which is okay; but a teleporting amulet, maybe only accessible once you get into the house, is probably doable.

I am unsure if you've seen this, but this mod on the Steam Workshop (http://steamcommunity.com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=20396) suggests that a teleportation amulet with different locations and their map markers is feasible and has been done, albeit not for a mod like this. Not being a modder I'm not sure about the technical difficulties behind such an attempt, but if you could manage it, that'd be one less external mod you need to rely on, and one less source of conflicts for users.

The other thing that breaks immersion for me on reading your feature list, lore-wise is the presence of a Shrine to Nocturnal-- if Tiber Septim was the one who commissioned the place, and it seems to have been *after* his Apotheosis into Talos-- why is there a Shrine to Nocturnal in there? I know the player character may serve as Listener of the Night Mother, Nightingale and Champion to various Daedric Princes; but somehow I rather doubt that any of the Aedra would encourage their followers to pray to the Daedra. Therefore it's my personal opinion that a shrine to a Daedric Prince would be rather unlikely in a home of an Aedric deity, to say the least.

All the above comments are just my 2 cent's worth however; feel free to disregard. I apologise if I've been too blunt or come off as overly critical, it was not my intent to do so.

Given that this mod is highly visual, how about some screen shots?
