@demidekidasu Ok, thank's for the advices anyway. I'm going to give it another try soon, I can tell you if I see good results with my character creation.
@stereonpl11: I really would not know, sorry... This is the first follower I've ever made and have never tried giving NPCs custom armour before.
The only two things I can think of trying is, make sure the armour mod is loaded before your follower, or try adding the follower in the armour's esp file rather than it's own esp.
@demidekidasu Sorry I deleted the message because the mod was finally working on an older save. I tried to understand why it wasn't working with the current save, and I really have no idea. The problem with custom made followers is that they can be quite buggy sometimes.
By the way I had a question to ask you since you make custom followers through the CK. I wanted to create my own Ranger follower and downloaded the Scout outfit via Nexus, because I thought it would suit the character quite well. The problem is, when I add the armor pieces in the follower default outfit via the Creation Kit, in game my follower is naked. It seems that I can't give them custom armors created by modders via the Creation Kit...
@stereonpl11: You deleted the message so I cannot reply. I have seen others reporting this issue with followers before, usually CK-made ones. It seems to be a bug that some people experience, and sadly, I have no idea what causes it nor how to fix it, sorry.
OK, just realised that I had listed what face textures I'm using in one of my other mods. It's the "UNP Base" body with "DIMface2", both available here.

Please read my PM about this issue.
Thank's
Still baffled by the blocky nose though...
