I did that, it caused some bugs, and there are more than one settings that can really screw up the game, my reccomendation is, keep backup files and saves.
I`m tampering with it, but I already found that there are citations to Fallout, so this ini must not only be related to the game, but to the engine itself, also i figured out that it does not have every setting of the game in it.
