I recommend combining this with an old but surprisingly well-functioning lighting mod called 'Lightless abandon dungeons'. It turns down most of the lights in most dungeons down to nothing, and doesn't have the problems that 'Dynamic Immersive Seriously Dark Dungeons' has.
LOOT finds dirty edits in the .esp file. I can find them in TES5Edit too: Abandoned Shack, Shadowgreen Cavern, The Karthspire, and not sure what that empty "Temporary" is at Eldergleam Sanctuary.
Yes - without an ENB preset active you're not going to see any difference as all it does is help ENB detect when to use day or night settings. And to be honest I doubt it's necessary for any recent ENB preset, as the ENB helper app should be passing time of day info the preset.

Absolutely essential for any user with any config with any day/night values that don't include an interior variable. Even in 2016 they exist. Thanks anaphiel, can't believe I've used this so long and failed to endorse it.
