Yeah, I'm sure. I checked again. One thing about the creep cluster is that it will spawn in a different place each time. This time it showed up under the roots of the fallen tree bridge. I've also uploaded another picture of the hole by the SW corner with a bit of the structure in the picture, which should give you a better idea where it is.

Thanks Whoden. But after looking at the file in CK I wasn't able to find anything like that? Are you sure downloaded my latest version? File is being updated just about every other day or so.
The framerate drop is fixed. There are a couple of other things that need looking at. There's a giant piece of creep cluster and at the SW corner of the house is a bit of ground that needs some rocks or something to cover up the edge. I've uploaded some pictures.
Thank you for the time and effort put into this. I shall be keeping a track on it to see how (if) it develops. I had no problem with the lighting or slower frame rate during my visit, so may be down to personal settings/ monitor used? Keep up the good work, endorsement added.
Made main water pool deeper, added some lifeless fish, added lush ferns, fixed see-through rocks and fixed pool splash at the bottom of the water falls. So far these changes are only for the main file ICRXreal.
Just uploaded a standalone vanilla lighting version. Please let me know how that works out for you. I also made the water deeper and fixed a few of the misplaced rocks.

I think I may have worked out all of the kinks. I added lush plants to vanilla version. I deleted the creep clusters.
And we now should have a working POTIONS SHELF. Both versions have been updated
