It *is* a little bit misleading, yeah. I'm assuming that that unused room in the basement (unused in *my* game, that is) is the children's room. Were this mod not going on two years old, I would suggest turning *that* room into an armory. If I was half-decent at modding, I would add it through dialogue with Falk Redbeard, similar to how one can add either the alchemy lab or the children's to Breezehome, but not both.
I love this mod but for some reason I can't seem to find the tanning rack, is it supposed to be inside or outside?
Also, there are two chests stacked directly inside each other to the left of the enchanting table. It's hard to notice at first until you place items in one of them.
