Someone needs to figure out how to port this to SE. I miss having this handy mod...
EDIT: I decided to try it, and all you need to do is unpack the BSA file and it seems to work! Very limited testing, though. No clue if it will crash or anything like that after awhile yet. Only tried Arcadia's shop in Whiterun for my quick test.
You will need to convert the esp to form 44 with the CK. It also works with the other mods. BUT I would use Cathedral Assets Optimizer to fix the textures and meshes.
I'm so glad I found this. I've been playing Skyrim for a long time and even if this is a rather old mod (and a very handy one to), I never found it until now. Many thanks for sharing and keep up the good work!
Oh man, the third level of Experimenter wasn't working, so I couldn't identify all the effects by a taste. This I find this gem and I don't have to waste material with a tasting (eating a deadra heart was the most expensive meal my chaaracter has ever eaten!) and I get everything identified especially the stuff added in by Hunterborn. f*#@ yes. Great job!
Would it be possible to change the one at Arcadia's shop so that the player can ask her permission to use it (maybe for a fee, or dependant on relation)? She then unlocks the door for a day and you can use it as normal. If that's possible, it might be an option to add one to many of the alchemy shops. Will make them easier to find (i.e. remember where they are), but it still won't be a free for all.
Heh. Yeeah, I used it during the day at Arcadia's. I did not pay, I put it in and destroyed the item to learn its secrets. Stepped out with a 1 gold bounty on my head. I think I'll wait and sneak in at night time.
Edit: Or close the door. As long as she doesn't see me using her tools, looks like I'm in the clear!
Where does the new ArodAlchemyAnalyzer.ckm go? I've never seen a file extension like this before. Does this go in the regular Data folder with the esm, bsa, and esps? Or is this a script folder file etc. etc.
Just wanted to take a moment to endorse and thank you for making this incredibly useful and well balanced mod. It's made my life as an alchemist so much easier being able to quickly learn ingredient effects and get on with my actual alchemy!

I'm going to try installing one in my home using Jaxonz Positioner.

I got it to work, somehow?
