I opened the .dds file, and it is a complete female body texture. This means I can't use it without overwriting my current UNP body texture replacer. Is there any way I can get ONLY the dirt textures? Separate from the body texture? Provided with that, I think I could possibly add it as a racemenu tattoo.
Thanks Faeriexdecay and Elgar. Ok, so im totally frustrated. I want to make this a unique texture so it's only on YOUR character as opposed to every girl in the game but for the life of me I cannot figure it out. I have spent hours looking through tutorials and forums and while I've found a lot of good info, I feel like I know less now than I did when I started and I cant find the specific info im looking for. Modding someone elses texture. I can open the default and muck about with it, but as you all probably have seen, the default feet that Bethesda put in look like blobs of clay. There is a lot more I'd like to do regarding textures but again, until I can figure out how to make them unique Im sorta stuck. I will keep looking but if anyone has any insight on this, information would be much appreciated.
using HD textures the dirt isnt really visible for me, its more like a "shadow" in some ways i also would like a male version for my outdoors man an Foresworn Hunter...really would apriciate some barefoot boots (so to speak shinguard version of some boots) too

The only way I have ever found to put things on my character and not everyone else was to download a unique race and put everything I want on my character on the race specifically. That way I am the only person in Skyrim of that race.
Karaway, I think I love you a little bit. Thats exactly what I've been looking for. Once I get it all sorted out I'll upload variations for this as well as tattoo's that (I think) are lore friendly with the individual races. I also want to add dirt/bruises/scars to bodies because, as you said, your character is out there in the wilds, fighting, surviving, and only bathing when she happens to run through a stream. This is a great community, glad to finally be a (small) part of it.
