Decent concept for a mod, tho wish there was way to implement a bit differently, like not having to give up the ability to cast using the arm that the shield was on or still being able to punch with that arm as normal. I was able to mod your mod tho to fix another thing that bugged me: If, for immersion value, I'm only using my gauntlets to block, then I shouldn't have to take on extra weight in order for this to happen. So I removed the weight on each of the gauntlet armors you created Can send you a copy of this if you like, tho it was just a simple edit. You did most the work and I thank you.
Can you maybe list what they are? I'm desperate to find a mod that mods SkyRe so the unarmed skill can actually help you kick a$$ in brawls. It makes no sense to me to use unarmed when you can't poison your fists or get the functionality of a weapon you can upgrade, unless it's to get much stronger in brawls.
It seems better, to introduse item equipping both hand and shield slots (just like hooded robes equipping head and body together) with summarized protection (It could partially to come over Feast of Steal bug, when only base protection converting to damage). However looks like author abandoned this mod, but maybe someone else will improve it.
Out-bloody-standing. Wish I'd found this beauty ages ago. I have yet to weary of punching bad guys in the face before sheathing my blade in thier chest. Works flawlessly. Heartily endorsed.
I wander if author still visit the nexus from time to time, because i find this mod pretty neat and while it's not what i've actually wanted - this will do fine.
Maybe if anyone knows how to make only the left gauntlet to be visible - let me know, please. I kinda want to wear gloves and the left steel gauntlet on top to act like a shield
um when i try to start skyrim its just goes to desktop when i get to the menu. I have skyrim redone and yes im using the skyre compatible version. help?
