I downloaded the glass version (NMM) and used the spell tome found in Riften. Unfortunately the spell doesn't do anything. It uses Magicka and I see the cast animation, but that's it. Any advice?
ok bad to hear but the mod is not that complicate if u really want it its quite easy to build it yourself and look if it works. just copy my skript and set the properties the way u want them.
Tried a new character with no mods checked, not even the official mods, started up with and without skse, and neither ebony nor daedric work still. Tried bumping the alteration skill up to 50 via console and that doesn't help either. Wish I knew what was wrong, but short of starting with a fresh install to get rid of 'background' mods like SkyUI, not sure what else to do.
well i must admit i forgot the merchants - now the two which sell adept alteration sell it if you have at least an alteration skill of 50. and one is free to find.
but i can*'t tell u why the spell doesn't work. i tryed it and with me it does.
The daedric version does come with a spell even though it lacks the book and adding the spell through the console works fine but the spell does not do anything regardless of how its cast, i.e. single or dual wielded.
