I just posted a picture from my screenshot gallery -- you've inspired me to piece together what happened to Delphine, and how she went from a Blade on the run to an innkeeper in Riverwood. I am a writer, and I've been really inspired by the changes you made and how she seems to interact differently than vanilla (her facial expressions seem more readable, now). So thanks. I don't know how to connect the image to the mod, but it's there. And I thank you for the inspiration.
Wow... Although I do think Delphine is a b&@*$( for the same reason many others do) , I have to admit she looks great in all of tbe versions of this. Good job.
I also experience crashes at the main menu everytime I load up the game with the mod activated. I think this is because this mod requires the ApachiiHair.esm, which is not included in the newest (as of today) ApachiiSkyHair patch and therefore the .esm is deleted when updating that mod. Basically, this mod requires a file that the AppachiiSkyHair mod no longer uses, rendering it incompatible with the newest update...

It feels strange when i look at her, u have to see her behind the inn balcony LOL Somehow the game was understanding that her scale was normal, I had to change it to 1:07, now she has the same height as Jenassa.

I love your mod. I downloaded the standard D2 vanilla version. It worked(although her face is not aged, but the younger one). :-) I am still trying.

If it's still not working, try vanilla hair version instead.

It's not a very serious problem in my opinion, though ( When I first saw your question, I thought she becomes a Hobbit. )
And Breton female is the shortest female race in the game, by the way.
