It is easy as heck to use Tes5Edit or CK to change the enchantment, so Fenian do what I did and add whatever you want. I made it so that my shout cool down was 2 secs and I didn't take falling damage (ever). I put it on Harkon, since the placement was too easy for my modification. Also, if you do mod this, make sure the AA has the race of your character clicked (including vamps).
This mod seems cool but its basically an amulet of Akatosh with a high price tag. Why didnt you add a shout cool time thats higher than an amulet of Talos? Only the Dragonborn can wear it so it would make sense for it to have a shout cool down perk to it
