   Back to endorse. This is a cool, definitely cozy place in RIverwood that really makes it feel like you've settled down a bit right there in the town. But it's also a bit more detached than the vanilla houses. It's definitely a cool place to hide out and craft.

   Perhaps you miss labeled the pictures.
   
   The "study" does not have any chairs
   The Storage room has a fire place, some nice chairs and tables, not much storage (would make a better study room)
   
   Oh. and The "Drug hut" has chests in a cabinet that you could never open.

   Looks awesome—will check this out for sure. I like the two chairs in front of the fireplace... Nice work.
