so i see u used the project matso enb. that one is my favorite. but i agree that it can kill fps (especially on my old crappy machine). is it possible to set up a custom configuration, like yours, on "enhanced lighting and fx"?
I used Project Matso before i used RLwC3.5. And yes, you can set up your configuration to work with ELaF. In the time when i was using RLwC 3.5 i used it together with ELaF.

after i installed this mod, didn't start the game.
