you can fix the stolen issue by changing the properties of the item you should see a "faction" type selection somewhere change it to unowned or player faction and that should fix it.
It would be really interesting if you did a mini quest to retrieve this item from some fort or dungeon. It seems a bit misplaced in there, sitting in the middle of the inn. By mini quest I mean maybe just a letter added to the inventory with some text about a powerful helm long forgotten inside some dungeon etc.
Just my opinion though!

no problem man, was stuck for a name for the helm and went with that, may change it if i think of a better one, keep watching as well, theres going to be some changes soon
i thought this was a build mod or city mod that add defense, but who knows it is armour with only helmet mod nice work by the way keept it up, and thanks for sharing
