https://www.nexusmods.com/skyrim/mods/3265 i use that to increase my toon's height view in 1stper. i see this;ll overwrite that skeleton. could ya tell me what to edit in nifscope to give weapon height to that mod's skeleton?
For anyone wondering - this mod works with Skyrim Special Edition.
I'd also like to second RunawaySausage's request, assuming the author of this mod even sees this message: Please include an option to also place hands further apart (toward the edges of the screen). IMO this is a much bigger issue than vertical placement. Increasing your FOV leaves weapons way too close to the center of the screen, and changing viewmodelFOV back to something lower makes them take up too much screen space in general. Please include this function if you ever decide to republish the mod on SSE nexus.
Hey, I just wanted to let you know that I read your post. Currently I don't have the time to look into this mod, but I'm still alive which means there is a chance I will update it someday
Thanks for the reply. I tried messing with the skeleton myself but couldn't figure it out and gave up. For now I'm getting by with viewmodel FOV tweaks, which makes the viewmodel bigger but at least it's not covering up the center. If you ever decide to update your mod - I'll add a link to it in my viewmodel FOV guide.
Hey man awesome mod! I used pretty much all the time when I played skyrim back in 2015... I am now starting a new playthrough on SE and I was wondering if you could port this mod over. keep up the good work. later.
Hi. Overhead swings with certain two-handed weapons cause clipping, and it really breaks my immersion (I was using 100%). I will be uninstalling this mod until it is fixed, so please change this soon! Thank you.
