There is Unofficial Skyrim Patch to fix also these kind of floating or badly positioned objects bugs. Please, report these kind of bugs on the USKP Bugtracking listed in the home page of that mod.
P.S. IMHO it can be left untouched: these are old Dwemer ruins, and a slightly collapsed roof makes sense ;-)
All mods integrated in USKP should mention it in the description, or at least in the top comment. That way only people who want those specific fixes and not the whole USKP would have to spend hours reading through the whole bug fixes mod category.
There are a ton of small errors that I forget about until I run into them again, like the chest at the foot of the bed in Proudspire Manner facing the wrong way, or the housecarl bed in Breezehome is placed in a manner that Lydia can't actually use it. If you fix these, and another mod also alters the same area, won't it cause CTD? Or, just with the load order, one will work and the other not?
This mod can go from smallest to something bigger if you was to fix the many or all placement errors like tree, rock in the air or holes in ground and misplaced roofs. ___________________________________________________________________________
Here's the missing water patch I originally stumbled on, I knew it wasn't just me cause of the video and multiple reports when I googled it, not 100% sure where it is but it's something :3
(wasn't fixed by save-load, seems to be a vanilla oversight)

Otherwise nobody will ever find this mod. Except maybe by accident, like me.
+1 Seriously, this needs to be in USKP instead of its own mod.
Good eye though! :-)
