Makes Nettlebane more lore-worthy by giving it a "Nature's Bane" enchantment that causes extra damage to animals and spriggans.

Changelogs
Version 1.3
Gave Nettebane the stats of an ebony dagger since that is what its appearance is based on.
Version 1.2
Undid 1.1 changes as it seems to be impossible to implement unlimited charges with the Creation Kit (at least without scripting). Nettlebane now has 90 charges. Also increased value from original to something more appropriate.
Version 1.1
Made Nettlebane have unlimited charges
This is a simple lore-improving mod I made for personal use that I am offering to the public.
This mod adds an enchantment to the dagger Nettlebane that inflicts damage to animals and spriggans. Since Nettlebane is likely acquired early in a game, the enchantment is not overly powerful, but it does at least make Nettlebane more interesting.
