I'm going to try this on my latest playthrough as another player recommmended it. I'm told the USKP should be correcting this, but I'm running the USKP 2.07 and even though the USKP supposedly fixed it like two updates ago, the problem persists for me even on two different new games.
Hope your mod fixes it! : ) Because it shouldn't be necessary to have to use a calm spell or kill him, when this error is supposedly fixed.
Thanks for this, I had done the quest to clear his debt, and snuck into the house without him seeing anyways, but when I got back out, I found him aggressive to all, and quickly got killed by guards, I hope this fixes that.
my 1st character: done the quest to clear his debt and he didnt attack me and I spoke to him 2nd character and all others: done the same but he attacked me so WTF?
Let me be the first to thank you for this mod... I spent like 1 hour doing all the stupid pre-reqesits to get Vald's debt book then I ended up killing him anyway... I never thought it was a bug before but now I see it is... Thank you so much for this! especially following the theives questline where your not suppose to kill anybody... Ty again.

If you talk to him when you're outside of the estate he will not attack
2nd character and all others: done the same but he attacked me so WTF?
